Medljan Farm lies between the seaside towns of Izola, and Piran to the south, giving you a choice about where to dip your toe in the Adriatic Sea. Piran is the larger Venetian style town with many great seafood restaurants dotted around the harbour and narrow streets to explore. Izola is its smaller sibling with a pleasant waterfront away from the docks area and even a small man-made beach to the south of the town. Other places to explore are the Secovlje saltpans and nearby Croatia. Passenger boats call at both towns and run along Slovenia's coast in high season.

This lovely farm is just four kilometres from the seaside town of Izola, where you can swim in the sea, eat at nice restaurants, buy fresh fish from the local fishermen and taste great locally produced red wines. Medljan has two simple and rustic apartments with a shared terrace with views of the countryside. The farm has many animals and a popular riding stable with Lipizzaner horses, Tatianna and her family offer a great location from which to explore the coastal and Karst region.
