How to book your holiday

We tailor-make all our holidays based on your individual requirements so please call us on 01373 814230 to discuss your holiday – or send us an email – and we will provide you with a personalised quotation.  Give us as much information as you can about the style of holiday you are looking for and our expert staff will be able to offer advice on locations, activities and anything else that you need to know about your holiday.  We work with our agent in Slovenia to check availability of accommodation and this process can take 24-48 hours to get an initial idea of availability. Once you have made a telephone/email booking, please complete our online booking form below and arrange your deposits*, or full payment if within 10 weeks of departure.

*Our deposit is 50% of your holiday cost, or as agreed.  Sometimes we need to take an increased amount in order that the full flight cost is covered along with any accommodation deposits.

It is essential that you read our Booking Conditions as part of your agreement to book your holiday with us.

After booking

Once we are in receipt of your booking form and deposit/full payment, we will confirm your reservation by sending you a confirmation invoice and ATOL certificate, which will set out all the details of your holiday reservation. This will also notify you of the date by which final payment must be made. Should you have any queries or amendments after booking, please call our Slovenia administration team on 01373 814233.

How to pay

Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer (we will provide our details at time of booking).We can also accept payment of your deposit by debit or credit card over the phone, but please note we can only accept payment by bank transfer for the main balance of your holiday when due.

Package prices include

Return flights from Gatwick or Heathrow airport security charges and baggage handling costs, accommodation with board basis as advised, airport transfers and/or vehicle rental. Please note that if the price of oil increases, it may be necessary to add an additional fuel supplement.

Airport hotels and parking

Please let us know if you need any assistance with overnight hotels and/or parking as we can book this for you.

Travel documents

All travel documentation i.e. airline E-tickets (British Airways only), boarding passes (EasyJet only), accommodation vouchers, car hire vouchers, luggage labels, full itinerary and check-in details will be forwarded to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. It is your responsibility to check these to ensure their accuracy.  We will also send you a map detailing the location of your accommodations with driving directions where necessary.

Passports

British Citizens need a full 10-year passport (5-year passport for children under 16) valid for the duration of the planned trip. (Check the UK passport service at https://www.gov.uk  for further information). If any members of your party are not British Citizens or do not hold a British Passport, they must satisfy themselves as to any visa requirements by consulting the Embassy or Consulate of Slovenia.
