Hotel St Daniel is an old farmhouse which was renovated to an exceptional standard in 2013. The vision of the owners was to provide a haven for guests to enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings and to delight in its delicious healthy food created from natural locally-sourced produce. It has just 8 en suite rooms – each with great character, style and comfort. Each room has its own theme – the small rooms are delightful, while the open-plan deluxe rooms have much more space in their split level layout.

The hotel provides bike hire and there are lots of trails to explore whether hiking or cycling. If you have a car you can get to the delightful coastal fishing village of Piran, to the Postojna Caves, famous for stalactites and stalagmites, to the disappearing Cerknica Lake and to the forests and wonderful churches within the Karst region.
